hi everyone, i want to know that why my laptop CPU cooling fan running continuously. i am not using more than 2 app at a time and room temperature is also idle like 20 - 24 .

Most laptops and some desktops will put the fan into the highest speed if it detects the CPU operating in turbo mode.

 

Enter the phrase 'edit power plan' in the window search box
Then select the 'Advanced' tab

Use %99 instead of %100 to keep the CPU out of turbo mode. 

If on battery then use %50
