If I use the Laptop during charging the CPU ist slow down to 0,39 Ghz.
After I remove the charging cable the CPU jumps up to 1,4 Ghz at least an I can use it with nearly no problems.
Otherwise it is really slow and I can`t use it for gaming.
I tried everything but the problem is still there.
Enegyoptions, BIOS update, driver updates a.s.o.
Temperatur is not the problem. The Laptop is only 5 Months old. So I can`t use it for a long time.
Is there any possibility to get the full power also during charging?
The battery is full and I just get power if I remove the charging cable.

If your laptop is only 5 months old it means you have full warranty yet right? Best to take it to the place you purchased since you can get any problems you have fixed for free during the warranty period, Try to get maximum use from that.
