Whenever I start my laptop CPU usage reaches to 100% immediately and laptop gets hang for first 15 mins, post this slowly slowly CPU usage comes down and I am able to use the laptop.
To resolve this issue, I tried to reset my laptop but unable to do it with error as "Unable to reset this PC".

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

 

Update the ACP Driver: Ensure your ACP driver is version 6.0.0.1 or later. You can do this by typing update in the search field next to the Start button and selecting Check for updates.

Install the AMD High-Definition Graphic Driver: Download and install AMD High-Definition Graphic version 27.20.15002.118 or later. You can find the corresponding SoftPaq description and download link below:

Restart the Computer: After updating the drivers, restart your laptop.
