I have not done creating the system recovery yet. Even i bought the laptop since last year.
So, i do not know how to carry out the task at all.
Here, i would like to ask you during the starting until the end of the process, do i need to always turn on my internet connection?
And i am scared to go BIOS because before this i have done to one of my other laptop and then the laptop cannot turn on afterward saying that 'Some drivers are missing' . So that laptop cannot be used again. And all people mad at me.
Please guide me to do the process.

You do not need internet connection. You also do not enter BIOS to create Recovery Media.

System Recovery returns the laptop to factory-all personal files and added software will be erased. You should get a back up stategy for personal files- a usb external hard drive or large capacity flash/pen drive.

You boot from the USB Recovery. Immediately after powering on start tapping the Esc key. This will open a menu where F9 Boot options is a choice. Tap F9 key then use arrow key to to select/highlight USB. Tap enter key.
