You only have to install the latest drivers that are relevant to your notebook's hardware.

The product specs for your PC are below...

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05598627

So, if I were installing drivers for your notebook, these are the major ones needed...if the drivers are not installed by W10 already,

Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver - Kaby Lake

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82501-83000/sp82552.exe

Graphics:

Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver - Kaby Lake

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82501-83000/sp82561.exe

Audio:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88075.exe

Ethernet:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82501-83000/sp82573.exe

SD card reader:

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp82501-83000/sp82572.exe

Wifi should automatically get installed.

If there are any other devices that need drivers, those will be listed in the device manager with little ! marks next to them.

Post the hardware ID's for any remaining devices that need drivers, and I will post the links to the drivers you need for those devices.

Use this guide to find the hardware ID for a device...

https://www.howtogeek.com/193798/how-to-find-drivers-for-unknown-devices-in-the-device-manager/

I have a question for you...Did you try to make the bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool?

That will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the cloud recovery tool...

https://support.hp.com/ec-es/document/c06178674

If you get the same CTO error, then you will have no other option but to clean install W10.

Hi:

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that error.  I doubt anyone can.

You can reinstall W10 for free by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

Make the W10 64 bit installation media.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

If your PC did not originally come with W10 from HP, during the installation process, you will need to select the version of W10 you need to install, and then when you are asked to enter a product key, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page, as applicable.

You're very welcome.

What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

Use this guide to find that information...please do not post the serial number.

Hi:

It looks like you did a great job with the drivers.  Everything is installed with no ! marks in the device manager.

With the cloud recovery tool, try manually entering the product number of your notebook in the box.

If you have this model...that you showed in your driver page screenshot, 15-cc060wm, this is the product number...

1KU13UA#ABA

Manually enter that product number in the cloud recovery tool window and it will work.

I tried it on mine.

Check your notebook to make sure it is the same product number.
