Product: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D120AV)

Attempting to calibrate a new battery, have followed UEFI instructions and used F2 , component tests, enter power, check battery, battery passes, but DO NOT get a calibration option.  Have verified BIOS is current. Have checked using F10 and do not get the option for advanced to check for battery health, assume it is already set to let HP manage. I have also tried to old method of letting the battery discharge using Loop method  to completely discharge and then plug in ac adapter and let charge for 6 hours, checked HP support assistant again and told still need to calibrate battery. Any input appreciated,
