1. H P Pavillion x360-14-ba 104 na. Serial No. [Personal Information Removed], Product No. 2PN04EA#.
2. Purchased in April 2019 with windos10. When started PC using I was using Hello Face for windows till about 2.5 Months back satisfactorily. Now it is upgraded to windows 11 , 24H2 , OS Build 26100.2605.
Now I am forced to use Hello PIN, as hello face not working for the reason we donot find camera compatible with Hello face recognition. Two HP camera are being shown under Device Manager - one IR and other one Wide vision FHD Camera.
FHD camera is there under Hello face. I have done some trouble shooting in regard to driver updates etc.Contacted support

try the below IR camera driver from 2017, I found it here with a lot of other software
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81001-81500/sp81181.exe
Try this one from 2018
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92501-93000/sp92703.exe
If it does not work then please provide the USB Vid, Pid and dfu driver name like shown in the below pictures. For example I need the values 0408, 545E and "winusb" If the camera is not working then I need its Vid and Pid as well as it's name such as "..true vision hd..." or whatever it is called.

Hi BeemerBiker,
I have an aftermarket Windows Hello camera which is essentially the HP Pavillion x360 camera module with a USB port. I also suffered from this issue. I've been using the SP92703.exe since I purchased the camera in 2020, which is worked flawlessly until around November 2024. Here is my windows information:
Edition Windows 11 IoT Enterprise LTSC Evaluation
Version 24H2
Installed on <u+200e>11/<u+200e>6/<u+200e>2024
OS build 26100.3037
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.48.0
nbsp;n Windows 11 IoTHere below is the device instance path with a screenshot of it. I, however, do not have the Camera DFU device entry, maybe because I'm using the camera on a PC?
USB\VID_04CA&PID_7086&MI_02\7&24B3143E&0&0002
Thank you! I'm also happy to help debug / test if you need more information from my side.
