Hi @CND042605G
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be glad to help you!
If the error message We can't find your camera. Error code: 0xa00f4244<NoCamerasAreAttached> is displayed when you open the Camera app, use the steps in this document to troubleshoot the issue.
Verify that your computer has a camera installed
- Take a moment to visually inspect the top of your computer monitor. If your computer has a webcam, you should see a small lens in the top center, above the screen. Some models do not come with a webcam and the area where the webcam would normally reside is replaced by a small plastic plug.
- Also, you might go to HP Customer Support to check for a webcam in the product specifications for your computer.
Note: Often, there are small holes near the top center of your monitor. These holes are for the microphone or other sensors and do not contain a webcam.
- If your computer does not have a built-in webcam, you must use an external USB webcam.
- If your computer has a built-in webcam and you cannot use it, find and use the webcam software that came with your computer.
- Check for a webcam in the product specifications for your computer. Go to HP Customer Support and enter your product name. For help finding your product name, go to HP PCs -Computer Does Not Start (Windows 10, 😎.
Click here for the remaining steps.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
