Hi there, just wondering is there a way I can fix my laptop from overheating? It has been overheating for over a year and I have took it in to specialists to get it fixed but it still overheats really bad.. It starts to overheats as soon as I turn it on and even before I can log in.. Before I jump to conclusions and buy an new laptop I was just wondering is there anything else I can do to fix it? (I have had it since 2022 as well)

Yes, you need 4-5 items like thermal paste, screw set, cotton swab, and isopropyl alcohol 90%+. so should I provide steps? These items are easy to get, especially online. You have to open laptop back panel in this.
