Please help me, I accidentally formatted my internal hard drive. So, I forced to repartitioned my hard drive to install a new OS. Now, I want to recover my old files. Is there any way ?

Unfortunately it is tricky, if you had asked before you installed a new OS then I would have said probably.

 

Piriform Recuva may be able to help, but since you dont give many details it is difficult to even offer vague help.

 

Make, Model and OLD OS please.

 

Apart from Piriform Recuva I would not download or create any new data.

 

Gparted can recover old partitions, but as new ones have been written it is doubtful.

 

If in doubt please ask.
