Product: HP 15-f018ca
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Windows on this laptop is damaged. HP 15-f018ca does not support HP Cloud Recovery. Does HP support any other Windows reset options? Like some kind of boot image doing a factory reset?

You can re-install Windows 10 on your machine using

 

         https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

The tool will allow you to make a bootable installation media (USB/DVD) and you can use installation media to install.

 

During the installation process if you are asked to enter a product key, check the 'Skip' box and W10 will install and then automatically activate once you are connected to the internet using the key embedded in BIOS of your machine.

 Thank you for the advise! Just a quick question about the key embedded in BIOS .I  Is it "Product Configuration ID"?
