Actually, I have bought HP Probook 450 g5 two years ago. My laptop is set up with an intel i5 8th generation processor with 8 GB RAM and 1 TB Hard Disk. Now to boost my laptop speed I want to buy an SSD. So, I choose to Transcend 220S 256GB M.2 2280 PCIe SSD for my laptop. But I don't will it actually support my system or not. I will be very thankful if any expert will suggest me another SSD for my laptop as well.
Thank you in advance

Probook 450 g5 is a series of many different models/products from general specs

In your case, your machine may have option to add M.2 NVMe/SATA SSD drive. We only know when open the machine. If available, you can use Transcend 220S 256GB M.2 2280 PCIe SSD or a similar product from other vendors.
Regards.
