Hello,
many years ago I wiped out disk which had Windows Vista and all drivers and most important thing - Recovery Creation Media tool. Few days ago I found this HP laptop and I was searching for recovery disk but it wasn’t included, because I should create a recovery disk by myself through Recovery Media Tool and I have question is it possible to order a Recovery Kit from HP even after all these years? I would be so thankful for your answer.
By the way it’s a HP Pavilion DV7-1199EW and it’s product code is FV077EA.

Hi:
Unfortunately, that would not be possible any longer.
HP usually only sells recovery media for up to 3 years post model release date and it has been at least 10 years beyond that.
This reputable 3rd party website still has the drivers you need for your notebook.

If you can still read the Vista Home Premium product key on your notebook's case, perhaps you can find Vista installation media from eBay or someplace.
Check your local PC repair shop and see if they have a Vista installation disk you can borrow.
