Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer

Want to upgrade the windows however I missed the deadline and want to upgrade to either Windows 10 or 11.  Thank you!

Your thread mentions an All-in-One printer.  Would be better to supply the model number of the laptop.

No HP Envy Sleekbook meets the minimum W11 hardware requirements and there are no upgrades you can do to the notebook to make it meet the requirements.

 

If you didn't take the free upgrade from W8.1 > W10 it is too late because Microsoft closed the loophole in October of 2023 that allowed folks to continue to get the free upgrade to W10 after the July 2016 expiration date.

 

You would have to pay somewhere in the order of $100 to pay for a W10 product key and W10 will be going out of support in October of 2025.
