I checked my PC with app WindowsPCHealthCheck and it says that the processor is not supported by Windows 11 (AMD Ryzen 5 1400).
The questions are:
1) Can I proceed upgrading to Windows 11 anyway with no risk?
2) Is it better to change the processor and choose a supported one, as long as it is compatible with the motherboard? For example AMD Ryzen 5 2600 can be mounted on my motherboard?
Thank you

There are no W11-supported AMD processors that will work in your PC's motherboard.
See the processor upgrade specs at the link below:

IMHO, your PC should work OK on W11.
If you are happy with your PC, and if you are interested in doing an in-place upgrade to W11 24H2 on your PC as is, watch this video, which is the easiest way to do it in my opinion, and I have tried many different ways to do this during the last 3 years.
How to Install Windows 11 on Unsupported PC in 2025 (New Easiest Method, No CMD)
Download the W24H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).
You can download the free 7-Zip file utility from the link below. The top line is for 64 bit.
You'll have to repeat this procedure each October when Microsoft rolls out the new builds because a PC that does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements will never automatically get the update to the next build.
Other than that, your PC will continue to get the monthly cumulative and other updates.
That's only a minor inconvenience to have continued OS support beyond October of 2025.
If things don't work right on W11, you have 10 days to easily go back to W10 as long as you don't delete the W1 upgrade files or the Windows.old folder.

Can you suggest where to download the genuine Microsoft app GetPCHealthCheckApp ?
I need it to check another PC, but I don't find it anymore at the official link ... 3 days ago it was available... and unfortunatelly I have already deleted the app from my PC.
Thank you

Thank you very much!
I tested an HP Pavilion notebook model 15-ab233nl Prod Id T9Q32EA#ABZ and it says the processor is not supported by Windows11.
Do you think it may be useful to upgrade manually?
Best regards

You're very welcome.
The AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ processor is too old to support W11 24H2.
Microsoft increased the processor requirements to run W11 24H2 now requiring all processors to be able to support SSE 4.2 and the AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ only supports up to SSE3.
You would have to find the W11 23H2 ISO file to work with to run W11 on that PC.
Also you can't do an in-place upgrade from W7 > W11 or even clean install W11 unless the PC had been previously upgraded to W10, unless you buy a W10/W11 license and product key, and I definitely don't recommend that.
