Can an HP 15-f387wm run windows 11? I have not purchased this used machine yet.

The notebook's hardware does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements.

 

Namely, the AMD Quad-Core A8-7410 processor is not supported and there is no TPM 2.0 security device.

 

Here's the list of supported W11 AMD processors:

There is a way you can install W11 through bypassing the Microsoft W11 hardware checks, but if you are not willing to do that, I would not buy the notebook.
