Can i Upgrade Graphic card f Hp 1000 Notebook Or if i cant is their any way to hook up external graphic card

No.

 

The HP 1000 series notebook does not have an external port that would allow connection of an exotic graphics card solution.

 

 

The notebook's graphics solution is not meant to be upgraded.

 

 

It would have helped if you had identified your notebook beyond a notebook series of what is perhaps a hundred or more differing notebooks.
