Hi:
Unfortunately, I do not believe that would be possible.
I even did a general internet search to see if there were any links or YouTube videos to see if some genius out there was able to do that, and couldn't find any.
Find a friend or relative that has a Windows PC, give them a 32 GB USB flash drive and have them create the recovery media for you.
When using the recovery tool on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to create the recovery media.
Your PC's product number is: Y4G61PA#ACJ

Thank you so much for taking all the trouble of answering my query.
I just did whatever you suggested. In this day and age we are so much paranoid about asking for help and getting into complicacies regarding requesting a favor from our friends and families.
It gets awkward especially if it concerns borrowing or requesting to use a laptop/mobile phone. In addition if it concerns download of sizes in excess of 25-30 GB via their internet connection, then it becomes a request a little too much.
Since there is no involvement of money, and on the contrary if we try to offer then cash or any other return favour, it feels so cringy.
None the less, what I'm suggesting is that HP should take it as an opportunity and make it available to download recovery on Macs as well. Also older machines should be supported to make us do the DIY installation at home and not have to request our neighbours and relatives.
Anyway, recent update is that; now my windows is being downloaded at a windows 11 laptop of one my colleague's. We were trying the download and we were being stuck in the step wherein I had to enter the Product ID.
The ID provided by HP was incomplete and the installation wouldn't proceed. I checked out this thread and the ID provided here in this answer worked and OS is currently being downloaded.
I'll update once later after I reinstall it and my laptop comes back to life.
Thank you so much for the help buddy!!
Regards,
Nayan
