Current Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-Bit)
I upgraded my system to Windows 10 but it is getting rollback to Windows 8.1
I contacted Microsoft Tech Team they are saying HP not tested Windows 10 on their system.
Is it possible to upgrade to Windows 10 on HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC ?
is this supported ?

You're very welcome.
Here is the driver page which shows no W10 drivers.
Here is the HP document which states any PC made prior to August of 2013 will not be supported for W10.

Now you didn't answer either of my questions...if you want me to help you to upgrade to W10, I need to know exactly what is happening when you try to update...
Are you now on W10?
or is the upgrade to W10 failing, and the PC rolls back to W8.1?
I have an idea to try if it is the latter problem.
I have HP notebooks much older than yours that are running W10 v 1909 just fine.

Hi:
HP does not support your model for W10.
There are no W10 drivers for it listed on the support page.
I looked at the specs for your model and it sure looks like it can run W10 to me.
If you have already upgraded to W10, why is it rolling back to W8.1?
It shouldn't be.
Or are you trying to upgrade to W10, and it will not complete the upgrade, and is it rolling back to W8.1?
