You are going to have to turn off secure boot in the BIOS and just run the installer disk to install Windows 7. Dr4ivers may be a bit hard to find but it can be done. I am not sure what you gain. The laptop is not very powerful and if you are doiing it to make it run faster it will not.

Sure. You will have to buy Windows 7. Your laptop has a DVD drive. You can buy a Windows 7 installation DVD and install from that. The BIOS will need a couple adjustments.

The official specs say it is a FreeDOS unit; how did it get Windows 10 on it?
