Hello, cant find any drivers win 8.1. for 

HP Notebook - 14-cm0013ur

did anyone sucessfully install and use win 8.1 on laptop above?

Hi:

 

Even if you could get W8.1 and all the rest of the drivers you need installed, looking at the product specs, there would be no Windows 8.1 graphics driver for the AMD Radeon™ Vega 8 Graphics.

 

That would be a show-stopper not having graphics that work.
