The new windows will require at least the following:
1) The system disk needs to be 64GB or larger
2) The PC must support TPM 2.0
3) The PC must support Secure Boot
I have no idea if your model supports these but unless it is a newer PC, a few years old, it probably does not.
Also, the Win11 floating around is a "hacked" version of Win10 -- as I have tried it and found this out. I would recommend against using it and instead, waiting until MS formally releases this.
