I need to know if the ROM size and RAM size of HP laptop 14 dq0002x can be upgraded

Only the memory can be upgraded.

 

The 64 GB eMMC drive cannot be upgraded or additional storage added.

 

Your notebook only has one memory slot.

 

You can replace the 4 GB memory chip with an 8 GB memory chip.

 

Below is the link to the service manual:

 

Chapter 1, page 2 has the memory upgrade information.
