Hi:

This is the only camera driver HP has on your notebook's support page.

Driver - HP Elite x2 1013 G3 | HP® Customer Support

That driver will also install the ACPI\int347e device.

Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file which shows driver support for the camera and ACPI\int347e device:

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't know why the driver is causing the notebook to crash and what to do about it--especially since you have already tried to manually install the driver and it still crashed.

If your notebook came with W10 from HP, I recommend that you use the HP cloud recovery client utility to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with the notebook.

Driver - HP Elite x2 1013 G3 Tablet | HP® Customer Support

Here's an info link for how to use the utility.

HP Business PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Client in Windows 11 and Windows 10 | HP® Customer Sup...

The utility installs a plain version of W10, but there is a way to automatically install the drivers and software.

Read the instructions under the 'Installing HP drivers and software after recovery' section.
