Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi 

 

I have reset pc by following choices

1. Remove everything

2. Local reinstall (it cannot do cloud download )

3. Fully clean the drive

4. Reset

 

It start resetting the pc.  At 1% progress. It jumps back to "Choose an option" 

If I choose Continue in Windows 10, then I don't have the password to login. 

Could any one tell me how to really reset the pc to the factory setting?

The Windows file system could be corrupt or there is a hard disk error or undefined technical error.

(2) Please report your results ( error messages, take pictures )

( if serial number, device id, UUID, System Board CT Number is displayed, please blur )
