Can not perform hard reset on my laptop with or without recovery

I can not use my laptop, any try of resetting is a failure. I tried with or without file back up. Smart check was passed, but long DST failed (failure ID 94V5K-7RAAH-XD7WMF-61CW03

When I turn on it always start troubleshot mode and I tried all possibilities, any reset stop at different % the longest was 77% sometimes it freeze at just few %

You need to replace the Hard Disk and all the software.

The error code is usually 24 characters long.
