All day long and numerous times over the past few months I have been getting notifications about the low battery in my wireless mouse. It wakes up from sleeping mode and I immediately get a notification and then repeatedly every 1 to 2 mins. This is not a notification I need and the battery percentage indicator seems to differ from what the device shows in the device's settings. I changed the battery knowing this wasn't the issue but the notifications still appear even with a new battery and report 5%, 1% battery remaining and switches back and forth between the 2 percentages. I've updated drivers and ran trouble shooting but this has not resolved the issue.  Any help?

To assists you better please provide me the complete Notebook Model or the Product Number

You can refer to this Link:hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating the Product Number.

Also let me know which wireless Mouse you are using with the Notebook

The mouse is a non branded 2.4 ghz wireless bluetooth mouse. These battery notification popups are recent within the last 4 months. Since 2018 when I purchased this mouse the only way to check battery notifications was by going into the device's settings.
