Hello and thanks for the reply
When I go to the link you provided and enter the Product ID, I get the following information:
"Product is supported.
Create your Recovery Media by the following tool:
https://www.microsoft.com/store/apps/9mtks9pr7r3n"
But I don't install HP Cloud Recovery from Microsoft Store because I don't have any win10 computer (I'm still loyal to win7) and Microsoft Store doesn't work on Win7
I found HP Cloud Recovery (2.10.0.45367) at:
https://ftp.ext.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/CloudRecovery/crsupportedplatform.html
(link: "Download Cloud Recovery Client")
And from there it installs it.

Thanks a lot for the zip 🙂 The zip version is HP Cloud Recovery Tool v2.7.6.0 so the one I took from ftp is probably the version for companies (it has a different version numbering 2.10.0.45367) When I tried to install this zip from you (v2.7.6.0) I got the following message: "The credentials are invalid or out of date. Update HP Cloud Recovery Tool to the latest version." 😞 I don't think it will work without installing Win10. I will install Win10, check and write if it worked ...

Hello again, I bought Win10, installed the OS, installed the latest HP RECOVERY TOOL, created recovery media USB and when I try to boot the laptop from USB I get the message:
"this computer is not supported by the system recovery media,
you will not be able to continue to recover this system with this media
error 0100-832B-8328,832A,832C,8444,84D4."
😞
When creating the USB, the HP RECOVERY TOOL program correctly assumed ProductID 2XY71ES#AKD so I don't understand why I get this message 😞
I am asking for help again
