Greetings All,

I tried several times to create recovery disk, but after processing a pop up message got displayed indicating error in creating recovery disk.

I searched for solutions and done almost an option stated to resolve this issue. But they didn't work.

Below is an image of the error, Error.jpg

Greetings Praveen196,

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, my notebook  HP Pavilion 13 X360 201nx is not supported for cloud recovery.  The problem also, is my original hard desk (500GB) crashed and I replaced it with a 1TB new hard desk.  As it's brand new desk it has no OS. So I tried to recover using a recovery drive from my other HP notebook which is HP HP Stream Notebook - 13-c100nx (ENERGY STAR).  The recovery process stopped after 3% progress and provide one option "Cancel".

I appreciate if you can assist to create a recovery desk (bootable of course) to restore  my Pavilion X360 notebook. As for info, it was upgraded to Windows 10 release 2004.
