Apologies in advance for posting on this Board. Was not able to find an appropriate one for website issues, and am hoping comeone here can point me to the right place.
HP does a great job of keeping the info on its website current, "findable", and targetted to specific products. However, on the website including "shop" in the URL the list of my devices is incomplete:
My attempts to update always lead to an error message:
I'd prefer to keep everything correct. Any advice on how to do that would be most welcomed. tyia

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial number, phone number, email ID, etc., on your public post.
- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click here for information on how to find the model number/product number).
- Error messages (if any) on the unit.
- When was the last time it was working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your PC recently?
Could you please elaborate the issue in detail?

Thank you for following up with me regarding my issue, Raj. Here's the detail you requested.
I own seven HP computing products: three laptops, two desktops, and two printers. All are registered in my HP account and are visible, for example, in Support Assistant. All are also visible at the site https://support.hp.com/us-en/dashboard (see below):
However, only six appear on the site https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/AccountMyDevicesView:
Furthermore, the second site doesn't allow me to add the seventh or to edit the info on the six that are there.
I want the list of my devices on the second website to include all my devices. Please help me figure out how to achieve that. Thanks.
