Product: HP Stream Notebook 14 Blue
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I've been trying to factory and I keep getting an error saying "additional disk space needed". I've ran the disk cleanup and it says I need an additional 3.23 GB of free disk space is needed on (C:). I really need help with hard resetting my laptop because I want to sell it

A reset will NOT remove your personal data from the laptop Read this thread about what you need to do to prepare the laptop for resale: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebooks-Knowledge-Base/Preparing-a-used-HP-notebook-for-resale/ta-p/...
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
