HP Recommended
Product: HP G72 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Ive done most of the recommended stuff you find on the internet and youtube. Not trying to take it to get fixed. Need a few ideas. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.

Hi:

 

If you can read all 25 characters of the W7 Home product key, I can give you a way to clean install W7 on it.

 

Otherwise, you would have to pay a 3rd party vendor to order a recovery DVD kit for your specific model notebook if one is available.
