Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I have googled how to factory reset and have done it with previous hp laptops. I was given a laptop and am no longer using it and trying to  pay it forward to someone else.

I tried using the F11 feature and the screen starts and I click on “troubleshoot” then the next screen to “reset this PC” and then “remove everything” the next thing that quickly comes on the screen was “there was a problem resetting your PC” and all I can click is cancel.

I then tried to turn on my computer and search the factory reset and clicked on “reset this PC”, I got to the next screen and my only option was “get started” after clicking that I chose “remove everything” the laptop says “getting things ready, and this won’t take long” then it says “there was a problem resetting your PC, no changes were made”

Please help, I don’t have money to take this to a computer repair store.
