Hello everyone!
I got my laptop couple weeks ago. After a while, it suddenly gave me the blue screen with boot options etc but neither option were selectable. So i USB booted the pc and try go through a clean install but then the partitions would not allow me to install/delete any kind of customization. I tried from 'diskpart' first, then tried lifting up the bitlocker decryption thru 'manage-bde -status' but got multiple issues like driver cant be locked, so i couldn't format the drive. Because it keeps saying me the driver is write protected. i dont know what else to do. Need help please!
