Can't find recovery key

I understand you are unable to locate the recovery key. Thank you for sharing this concern. May I know if you have already tried any troubleshooting steps so far? 

 

It would also help if you could share the exact HP product model and the situation in which the recovery key is being requested—for example, whether it is related to BIOS, BitLocker, or another recovery process. 

 

This will allow us to better understand the issue and guide you with accurate steps.
