I have been unable to use my laptop because of BSOD and am frustrated by the lack of support from HP. When I fill out the form from call or callback, the submit button doesn’t work. When I tried the chat, I didn’t get a response for 4 hours, when I was no longer available, and the advice was useless. When I responded that it didn’t work, I didn’t receive a reply. How can I speak to someone at HP for support on this? The online form clearly doesn’t work.
