Have a blue screen and keeps trying to restart
says Inaccessable_Boot_Device and error code 0xc0000001
want to know is there a way I can get into start screen so I can transfer my files to new laptop as this one is done?

I'm sorry to hear about the blue screen error code 0xc0000001 you're facing. The error code 0xc0000001 is typically associated with a problem with the Windows Boot Manager, which can cause the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) on your PC or it can be related to hardware.
Please try to run a Hardware test on the PC first, and let me know if the hardware is working or not.
Extensive Test:
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
3. On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests.
4. Click Extensive Test.
