Can’t get my laptop to install windows nor reboot properly

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP notebook 15. I’m so lost on how to fix my windows 10 HP laptop back to normal. I upgraded from 500 G to 1 T now I can’t get my Laptop notebook to get started at all. Please help

Hi:

 

Use another Windows PC and make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
