Hello, me again. I'm still trying to sort out my laptop's graphics issues after upgrading to the newer Windows. Somebody on nVidia forum suggested that I not only install the nVidia driver recommended for my device, but that I also install the Intel graphics driver. I have a feeling that this might actually fix my laptop and that once I do this, the strange jittery/screen tearing look and stuttering of my games will go away. I feel like perhaps the Intel graphics component of my processor is interfering with the performance, and that once I install the Intel driver and manually select the nVidia option to run my video games, there will no longer be a problem.
Unfortunately however I cannot install the Intel graphics driver provided by HP. When I try to do so the installation starts up and then afterwards I get this error message: "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software." Is there any solution here?
This page apparently has the drivers relevant for my system: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/omen-by-hp-15-ce000-laptop-pc-series/15551437/model...
Btw are there any other Intel drivers (or any other drivers at all) from the above page that I should install? I have an i5-7300HQ. Thanks a lot, hope you can help.

@wewlad Welcome to HP Community!
I have checked the specification of your product. Your product has NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1060 (6 GB GDDR5 dedicated).
I would suggest you install the NVIDIA graphics drivers and check for the issue.
Also, update the BIOS
