Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I can't install Windows 10 64 bit because whenever I try to install it, it says that I don't have USB drivers. I'm trying to install it using a bootable flashdrive because I don't have a DVD. I have tried using slots other than the 3.0 one. The ISO file is not corrupt, I've double checked it many times. So the eXtensible USB Host Controller driver is only available for Windows 7.

I also tried installing Intel Rapid Storage Technology User Interface and Driver

And it even listed as compatible but then it said it was outdated. As far as I know I just need the right driver. I did the the USB 3.0 eXtensible win7 drivers but they don't even list as compatible. Please help, this has been bothering me for so long. I don't have any OS installed.

Hi:

I don't know what the issue is, but it isn't due to W10 needing USB drivers on that model.

The Intel USB 3.0, and even 3.1 drivers are part of W10 and there aren't any standalone Intel USB drivers for W8. 8.1 or W10.

The product specs for your PC indicate that it comes with a DVD-RW drive, so I suggest you download the W10 ISO file and burn it to a writable DVD using another Windows PC.

I have zipped up and attached the Microsoft utility below that you can use to transfer the ISO file to a DVD so that it is bootable.

In order to boot from a DVD, you need to go into the BIOS, enable legacy mode and disable secure boot.

See this link for the settings to change.
