HP Pavilion X360 13-u002ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I Have HP Pavilion X360 13-u002ur with free dos. I created a bootable USB flash drive with windows 10 on the official website. When installing windows 10, the laptop does not see the disk and its partitions. Asks to download drivers for a digitally signed disc. I cannot find a solution to the problem.

Hi! I changed the processor and it was soldered incorrectly. After I resolder it one more time, the laptop identified the SSD drive correctly.

Hi:

I am puzzled as to why W10 can't find the drive on a notebook with a Skylake processor.

See if the storage controller drivers I zipped up and attached below allow W10 to 'see' the hard drive.

Unzip the file to its folder and copy the drivers to a USB flash drive.

When you get to the screen where windows can't find the disk, click on the Load Driver option at the bottom of the window and browse to the storage drivers you copied to the flash drive.

If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.

Hopefully, W10 will find the disk and install.
