Hi!

I am facing a problem in which my laptop cant load windows 10. Before this my laptop suddenly shutdown due to running out of batery. Once i turn it on back, it is just appear of loading dots. I already let it load a night but still in the same condition. What happen to my laptop?

Sorry to say this, but when a laptop suddenly shuts down due to lack of power, there is a very good chance that the Windows filesystem gets corrupted in the process -- which is probably what happened to yours.

 

When the laptop is then restarted, it will try to run an MS repair routine -- which is initiated by the circling dots -- but that nearly always does not work, especially if the corruption includes critical MS Windows system files.

 

There is no easy way to fix this.  You would have to obtain or create Windows media, boot your PC from that, and run a filesystem check to see if it can find the errors and repair them using that media.

 

You could also take the laptop to a local repair facility and have them do that for you.
