Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-dr1679cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I have used a pin or fingerprint to log into my computer, after doing a windows 10 update it won't accept my pin or fingerprint. On the screen it says the pin is required but it set for the password. If I try to reset the password it says one or more answers are incorrect.  I haven't had this laptop long and I don't want to lose everything on it. I have the box, the receipt and everything to prove that it is mine and I purchased it. Is there anything I can do to get back into it to try to fix everything without completely resetting it?
