So this is a really dumb question but we bought this computer new recently.  And we can not get it to let us sign into a web based site we need for our business.  I know we are using the right log in and password because we can log in to the site on our phone.  But every time we try on this HP it tells us invalid login.  Are there any safety blocks or something like that we should remove?  I'm a MAC gal sorry so this is very frustrating for me.  ps I can log into the site on my mac laptop but we need to use the PC to interface with another site that has to be used on a PC.

We can pull up the website but can't log in on this computer.

If you are using the correct username and password combination and are still receiving the 'Invalid Login' error, you may need to delete your temporary internet files, as your browser may have saved an incorrect or outdated password.

Sometimes you need to disable login tokens temporarily to fix the issue.
