My fiance's Chromebook won't allow her to log in. She has attempted to reset her password for the account numerous times, she's used every password she can remember, going back 6 months. The computer STILL won't allow her to log in. She gets the EXACT same error every time, "Need to use old password to log into Chromebook" and "Incorrect Password". Absolutely nothing has worked. The device is being locked by a password she doesn't have. She can log in as a guest and get into her email account with the last password she reset it to with no problems. She has files she can't lose. Is there any fix?
