Hi @Mommakayx,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
To switch from the admin sign-in screen to a different user account on your HP PC, follow these steps:
Switch Users on the Sign-In Screen (Windows 10/11)
- At the login screen, look at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- You should see a list of available user accounts.
- Click on the user name you want to switch to.
- Enter the password or PIN for that account.
If you don’t see other users listed, it could mean:
- The other account is disabled.
- The account is hidden.
- You're in a domain or enterprise environment with restrictions.
If You’re Already Logged In as Admin
You can switch users without logging out:
- Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete.
- Click Switch user.
- Select the other account from the login screen.
If the Other Account Isn’t Showing
Let me know if:
- You recently created the other user account.
- You’re using a Microsoft account or a local account.
- You’re in a work/school environment.
I can help you check if the account is active or needs to be enabled.
Would you like help verifying if the other user account exists or is enabled?
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
