Hi @Mommakayx,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To switch from the admin sign-in screen to a different user account on your HP PC, follow these steps:

Switch Users on the Sign-In Screen (Windows 10/11)

  1. At the login screen, look at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  2. You should see a list of available user accounts.
  3. Click on the user name you want to switch to.
  4. Enter the password or PIN for that account.

If you don’t see other users listed, it could mean:

  • The other account is disabled.
  • The account is hidden.
  • You're in a domain or enterprise environment with restrictions.

If You’re Already Logged In as Admin

You can switch users without logging out:

  1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete.
  2. Click Switch user.
  3. Select the other account from the login screen.

If the Other Account Isn’t Showing

Let me know if:

  • You recently created the other user account.
  • You’re using a Microsoft account or a local account.
  • You’re in a work/school environment.

I can help you check if the account is active or needs to be enabled.

Would you like help verifying if the other user account exists or is enabled?

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
