Product: Hp notebook 14-an012nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought this notebook a few years ago thinking it would work for my wife at the time.  It couldn't hold the data she needed for ger work so I bought her another one a few months later.  I want to give this one to my daughter, however, I can not login, because my wife forgot her password.  I can't even reset it now.  Nothing on the computer needs to be saved, so there's no worries about deleting data.
