HP Recommended

I own a hp windows 7 laptop and have tried logging in to my computer using safe mode with command prompt. All it does is take me to a screen that says “loading files” and then resumes login as normal. It says Owner but I do not know the password hence why I tried this method in the first place. Any other options? It boots up perfectly fine. I’ve already tried to enter all possibly known passwords to access my computer. It’s an Hp 2000 pc model.
