Hello, I m currently having issues with my pc out of the blue, at first it seemed just slower than usual at turning on but it didn't look like it was something bad as the cursor didn't glitched or similar, but it didn't let me open start menu o control panel in any way, I fixed the start button problem but if I try to open any file (telegram app or a word file) it just doesn't, and after some time it just freeze and i have to force a shut down. 

It started without anything out of the ordinary, one day it works perfectly, the next it just doesn't and the only thing I noticed is that it doesn't run the vent but it doesn't even over heat, it s like nothing is running.

Hope somebody can help me as i don't want to lose alle the files at least.
