after deleting the partitions, click new  and then apply.after deleting the partitions, click new and then apply.then press okthen press okon this one select the primary drive and click nexton this one select the primary drive and click next

after you click next, it should start to install windows make sure you click on all the drives and delete them till you have just One

More basic question…….should I be able to see a PC reset option in the troubleshooting section on the laptop? I don’t

If the drive is good, and you are clean installing W10/W11, the reason Windows can't find the drive is because neither operating system has the storage controller drivers needed for Windows to find the drive.

I dont think the issue is the drive cant be seen by windows, i think the issue is that the drive need to be formatted and or deleted and new partitions set up for the clean install, the screen for trouble shooting can be seen, then the install is still there and being used, just stuck in a recovery loop! but we shell know more soon

you will need to put it on the flash drive with the windows 11 on it if you cant boot into windows if you have a usb-c dock you can use your phone for the download and put it on the flash drive that way as well
